Job title and description of duties
• 1st level IT helpdesk support (user, desktop basic networking)
• Log support requests
• Manage & monitor network & system operations
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors
Skills and Experience required
• Qualification (either complete
or in study) in IT, computing or Information technology either through
tertiary or vendor certification (e.g. Microsoft)
• Basic hardware knowledge
• Basic networking knowledge
• Experience with Mainstream business IT applications (MS office suite, Windows suite, Anti-Virus, Backup etc)
Hours
• Part time – 2 or 3 days a week and/or a fulltime role option
• Flexible with university studies
• Immediate start
Location of the work
• Our head office is in Sydney inner city suburb of Alexandria, 10 minutes walk from Redfern station
Rate of pay
• Starting from $18 per hour depending on experience and commitment
